TPB panels: an innovative alternative to traditional portable panels
The Sateco TPB panel combines the robustness and adaptability of the TPC panel with the advantages of building site formwork. It’s easy to use and safe for operators, with a structure designed to withstand a concrete pressure of 12 t/m² or 15 t/m², allowing for unlimited concreting speed, thereby offering increased productivity on construction sites.
The TPB panel offers two modes of use to adapt to any working height:
- Use in housing mode with adjustable struts,
- Overlaid TPB panels with turnbuckle assembly for greater heights.
Unique advantages :
- Panel fixed by rear screw (quick installation, no need to mask the screw heads on the formwork side)
- Optimized weight compared to the TPC tool
- Ergonomic tool (integrated foot cylinder, easier assembly, wider and safer access)
- Higher productivity (tensioning blocks, passage of the rods on demand, splice bar for staggered assembly, etc.)
